The system tried to define me.
I decided to design myself.
Long before I was coaching entrepreneurs, I was a kid navigating New York City's foster care system. That experience — one most people wouldn't survive professionally — became the foundation of everything I've built. It taught me resilience, resourcefulness, and the power of having someone truly in your corner.
I turned lived experience into purpose. I became the first foster care tech program specialist in New York City, creating and scaling programs across all five boroughs with no blueprint — just vision, hustle, and a refusal to quit.
Over 10+ years I climbed from frontline youth worker to Program Director, managing teams of 20+, overseeing budgets exceeding $5 million, and partnering with school principals, city agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit boards. I learned every level of every system from the inside out.
Then in 2020, during the hardest year the world had seen in a generation, I made the move that changed everything — I decided to hire myself. Young Executives Enterprise was born. And now every lesson, every program, every dollar I managed goes into helping the next generation of entrepreneurs get funded, get built, and get free.
